Pinehaven residents enjoy a very low annual membership dues of only $100, which includes usage of the boat launch and parking area, the swim beach, and the fishing area equipped with a fishing pier.  Many other communities in the Badin Lake area charge monthly dues. Pinehaven residents enjoy the lowest rate on Badin Lake considering the amenities provided.

Membership dues are to be paid annually by May 1st. Dues can be mailed, however the easiest way is to drop a check off to President Annette Moore at her produce stand near the intersection of Badin Lake Road and Hwy 49. (Right beside the gas station)

As a member, you will be provided with a 4 digit code entry code, which is good at the boat launch gate. A standard code will be provided for entry to the fishing and swimming area. There was a slight delay due to power hookups at the boat launch. Your Council opted to delay gate closures, to allow resident owners to join and be able to enjoy the amenities without delay. Your membership enables the association to properly maintain these facilities, including power costs, insurance,  and other costs. We're striving to improve the properties and benefits for members of the Pinehaven Association, Inc.  Some possible future improvements to be addressed are:  1. A covered picnic shelter at one or possibly both beach locations, which will be available for reservations at a minimal fee.      2. New picnic tables, among other possible improvements.  Pinehaven owners are encouraged to join in order to continue these improvements, and maintain the properties. 

 

Members who haven't paid their annual dues within 90 days after the due date are subject to forfeit rights of membership, but can be reinstated upon payment.

Members are encouraged to attend the open annual meetings held annually the 3rd Saturday in July, with the next one being Saturday, July 19th, 2025 at 10AM at the Fire Department, 1018 Pinehaven Drive.
