Members enjoy their own private boat launch within the Pinehaven Community, located at 762 Pinehaven Drive.  It's a two boat (one each side of dock) launch site with a brand new dock installed in 2023. New gravel was also added to the parking lot.  In 2024, a metal control arm entrance and exit gates were added, providing security and insurance compliance. A cellgate 4 digit code will allow members access, and the Cellgate code box takes a photo of the person entering the code.   Non-Pinehaven property owners are not eligible for membership, other than those renting, etc in Pinehaven. They are eligible for an Associate Membership after 30 days of residency, however, only members enjoy voting privileges. Abuse of codes by members or associate members will result in immediate termination of their 4 digit code. Parking is not allowed at the launch site, and any vehicles left unattended will be towed at the owner's expense.

Free membership parking is just around the corner at the launch parking area property. (see below photos)

We hope that all members enjoy usage of these properties to conveniently launch your boat(s) at a very low annual membership fee. Your membership also allows access to the swim and fishing properties, and is the best deal on Badin Lake for lake access!

If you're not a member, join today!.....There's no other place on Badin lake that you can enjoy such amenities at such a low annual fee.

Fishing Property

The fishing area is located at 502 Pinehaven Drive, which is about halfway between 7th and 8th streets. A new pier was added in 2023, which was recently stained, and has steps into the water for swimming as well. New fencing was added in March, 2024, with a coded gate for membership entry.

Swimming Property

The swimming area is located at 360 Pinehaven Drive which is near 3rd Avenue. Fencing was added in March, 2024 with a coded entry gate.  There are new drainage improvements, as well as gravel added for additional parking space. (It's best to turn to the left, and back up on the hill to the right for easy exits).  A new lake wall, with steps, was also added to prevent erosion, and added safety to enter the water.
